Class Project:

The purpose of this exercise is to get you to practice your answers for the behavioural questions that you will be asked at interviews. If you are prepping for an interview, then you can use that specific Company. Otherwise, pick a random company and conduct research on that company as if you were going to be interviewed by them. Once you have written down all your answers, stand in front of a mirror and practice. If you have a trusted friend, you can also role play.

She provides an HR advisory service that covers the full spectrum of the human resource lifecycle and creates environments that balance legal requirements, business functionality and company culture.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Honours Social Science and Master’s in Commerce (Industrial Relations – Cum Laude) Degrees from the then University of Natal in Durban, South Africa.
