Performance Management for Managers: Creating and maintaining a winning team that successfully delivers upon organisational objectives is the key measure of success for a manager.

In your role as a manager, you have to understand the future direction of the organisation and its strategic objectives, translate and cascade these into action plans and measurable goals for your team to deliver upon.
