Overcome Anxiety and Fear

I’ve struggled for many years

with anxiety and fear, and I know many of you do too.

That is why I’ve put together the four best practices that, I’ve discovered over the last decade, have helped me in managing my own mental health.*

We tend to blame outside sources for our anxiety, in fact, we tend to blame just about everything that happens to us on something outside of us, our parents, our partners, our governments, the economy, the addictive nature of social media.

Don’t get me wrong, plenty of bad stuff happens to us, horrible stuff even, but continuing to blame those for our own anxiety doesn’t help, blaming doesn’t free you.

No matter what happened to you, no matter what the situation is, you still have control, you still have a choice. Even if everything in the world is taken from you, you can still choose how you react. I’m not saying it is easy, I’m saying it is possible.

The most important thing you will learn in this series is that

  1. The first one is about your body, how to reconnect with your body to help stop spiraling thoughts.

  2. The second is about breath, included are two breathing practices to help you deal with fear and anxiety

  3. The third is a practical guided meditation to help you navigate the emotion you are experiencing

  4. The fourth practice is designed to help you regain perspective, perspective dissolves fear.
