COSTS
All prices listed below exclude VAT and are subject to formal quotation to brief. We thank you for your valuable enquiry; Based on our experience, we have found that in order to avoid disappointment, make the correct suggestions and give clients an accurate quotation on our suggestions, we require comprehensive detailed information such as; Date & time schedule of the event (incl. set up & strike times), venue, travel details, any corporate sponsorships, other speakers/entertainers performing at the event. At the very least, the DATE + GEOGRAPHICAL AREA for the event. We unfortunately cannot make any suggestions or supply biographical information without this information. In order to assist you in budgeting we can give some cost parameter estimates for performance fees for some of the more popular categories of entertainers. Please note these estimate fees excl. VAT, transport, Accommodation, Meals, Per Diems, Travel time, Technical Equipment, SAMRO fees, broadcast usage fees, scripting, special costumes, rehearsals & waiting time.
