We invited Londy as a guest speaker for our graduation in Durban this year. Her talk was as impressive as what she has achieved thus far in her career. She is energetic, inspiring and challenges her audience to dream big and work hard so that these dreams can come true.

Ms Londy Ngcobo is a Dredge Master at TNPA and we have worked together on a number of maritime capacity building and awareness programmes. She is a remarkable lady when it comes to inspiring young people, that you can be anything you dream of if you work hard and her journey to becoming a first women Dredger is a good testimony. Her latest journey as a conference facilitator and motivational speaker in the context of maritime shows how empowering women is a sure booster to attracting ‘girl child’ into maritime/shipping. Set on sail and steer the ship Londy to Port! For a smooth sail never made a skillful sailor!!

As part of our Oracle Women’s Leadership initiatives, we hosted a series of Springtime Women’s events in different cities in Sept/Nov ‘19, where I had the pleasure of booking Londy as a keynote motivational speaker. Londy’s life journey, story of the learnings and successes she has had is nothing short of inspirational. Her storytelling skills are remarkable as she takes you on a journey with her, making her relatable to her audience. Londy’s warm and bubbly persona are endearing and ensured that our experience with her was pleasant. She is a great orator who engages with her audience in such an authentic manner. I would definitely recommend Londy as a keynote motivational speaker for any event.
