02/27/2022 at 11:27 amMs Londy Ngcobo is a Dredge Master at TNPA and we have worked together on a number of maritime capacity building and awareness programmes. She is a remarkable lady when it comes to inspiring young people, that you can be anything you dream of if you work hard and her journey to becoming a first women Dredger is a good testimony. Her latest journey as a conference facilitator and motivational speaker in the context of maritime shows how empowering women is a sure booster to attracting ‘girl child’ into maritime/shipping. Set on sail and steer the ship Londy to Port! For a smooth sail never made a skillful sailor!!

02/27/2022 at 11:27 amAs part of our Oracle Women’s Leadership initiatives, we hosted a series of Springtime Women’s events in different cities in Sept/Nov ‘19, where I had the pleasure of booking Londy as a keynote motivational speaker. Londy’s life journey, story of the learnings and successes she has had is nothing short of inspirational. Her storytelling skills are remarkable as she takes you on a journey with her, making her relatable to her audience. Londy’s warm and bubbly persona are endearing and ensured that our experience with her was pleasant. She is a great orator who engages with her audience in such an authentic manner. I would definitely recommend Londy as a keynote motivational speaker for any event.
