Colin Iles

Throughout his career, Colin Iles has focused on designing and implementing solutions that bring positive benefits to the communities and stakeholders the organisations serve.

Before setting up his own innovation consultancy, Colin was held various Managing Director roles at Barclays and Standard Bank, founded the award-winning Equinox Leadership Centre and helped instigate the creation of The African Institute of Financial Markets Risk Management at UCT.
