Elma Akob is a young and vibrant lady who strives for excellence in all spheres of life. She is incredibly passionate about her Continent and being the change she wants to see.

At a tender age of 21, she has an impressive resume to her name. Gradstar's Top 100 employable graduates 2019, Ambassador for SA Start Up Awards, the 2016 Continental representative for Global Young Leaders Conference at the United Nations Headquarters in New York and recipient of an invitation to US Presidential inauguration 2017.

A motivational speaker who has given numerous Keynote addresses, most notably the one at the UN Headquarters where she received a standing ovation after chairing a series of resolutions presented by 168 young leaders from all around the Globe.

A moderator and conversation strategist who has moderated panel discussions; with the likes of Enhle Mbali; TedX talks as well as facilitating virtual discussions all over the continent. A qualified VO Artist who's voice has been used by the likes of the Gautrain, DSTV, Netflix, Hauwei, Vodacom, MTN and more.

She is also an MC, who has hosted events such as the Annual Dynamic Ladies Awards- For incredible women in the Diaspora and a public speaking coach and trainer for University and High School students.

A Barclays Africa Bursary recipient for undergrad and Mastercard Foundation Scholar for Postgrad, Elma truly is is a Voice to be Reckoned with who uses her voice for influence and change, an aspiring young leader who has underpinned belief in the power of using stories to share knowledge, offer mentorship and motivation.
