IGNITE Studios is a solution that has been created by IGNITE Events in response to the current restrictions we find ourselves in amid the CV19 pandemic.

We understand and accept that there is nothing that quite beats a live in-person event. There is something magical about being physically present, learning, networking, connecting and enjoying the experience up close and in person.

However, due to local government restrictions, clients have been challenged in continuing with business as usual which is why we have given great thought and consideration to their needs and acted accordingly.

We have created a purpose-built solution that is the closest possible experience to a live in-person event where you can enjoy every benefit of being in such a context and more.

Not everyone in your target market will be able to attend your events due to government restrictions amid the CV19 pandemic. In addition and under normal circumstances your delegates may also experience scheduling conflicts and/or budgetary restrictions. Conference rooms may not be available however this shouldn't mean you compromise your brand value by delivering virtual meetings and events from kitchens and livings rooms. ENHANCED RAPPORT
Evoking a sense of rapport with your audience is a key component of influence and communication. Building rapport in an online context can be challenging...until now. We bring your delegates 'into' the event allowing you to see them and more importantly allowing them to see themselves on-screen and in the event during the live stream. Q&A
Giant screens on all four sides including one in front of the stage allows you to engage in conversation and Q&A with any delegates of your choice. They will speak directly to the presenter and you will be able to hear and see one another in real-time. Other delegates can also listen to and observe the conversation as they would in a real in-person event.

BREAKOUT ROOMS & NETWORKING
Breakout rooms allow you to split your event in up to 50 separate sessions. You can choose to split the participants of the meeting into these separate sessions automatically or manually, or they can allow participants to select and enter breakout sessions as they please. You can switch between sessions at any time.

BRANDING & SPONSORSHIP
You can brand your events with your own branding as well as that of your sponsors to allow you to continue to nurture relations with your clients and your sponsors. We can play video ads before the event and during breaks allowing you to monetise your event as you would in a live in-person event context.

FULLY INTEGRATED MEDIA
Whatever it is you want to show your delegates at any time during your event we have you covered. This might be slides, videos, commercials, stings, music or anything else. Whatever it is we will help manage and integrate your context as you desire. The possibilities are endless.

 

HYBRID EVENTS MADE EASY
IGNITE started as a live in-person event production company and thus we understand the nuts and bolts of what makes a live event seamlessly amazing. In fact, we pride ourselves on how particular we are when it comes to delivering perfect events with a focus on excellence, service and attention to detail.

Live events as you know are currently limited to an audience size of 30 which in some cases can make things unviable.

Hybrid events have grown in popularity over the past decade but particularly during the CV19 pandemic because they allow event organisers to reach a wider audience, improve event ROI, and give companies access to valuable data points they otherwise wouldn't have.

This doesn't mean that live in-person events won't return. We believe they will...nothing beats an in-person live event experience.
