Short Description

Harness The Power of Virtual Keynote Speaker Jones Loflin!

THERE ARE MANY REASONS WHY A VIRTUAL PRESENTATION MAY BE THE BEST FIT FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION:

  • Your organization may have shifted to a full virtual format for most or all of its events
  • You may want to share a message to people who can’t travel to one location
  • Perhaps the speaker can’t travel to your event due to other commitments
  • Your budget may be limited

Clients appreciate how Jones invests the time to understand their objectives for the presentation, and to get to know the roles and responsibilities of those who will be attending the session. He then brings a level of energy and interaction rarely seen in virtual presentations. Some ways Jones has served other groups with virtual sessions include:

  • Opening/Closing of a conference (Presentations can range from 30 minutes to 3 hours)
  • Prerecorded keynotes and training sessions (with questions and worksheets)
  • Q and A with teams or conference attendees about time management, work life balance, leadership, or change

OUR STEPS TO MAKING A VIRTUAL PRESENTATION A HUGE SUCCESS FOR YOU INCLUDE:

  • Designing presentations that will help your people increase productivity, reduce burnout, and improve their cohesiveness as a team
  • Content is highly visual and connects to a variety of learning styles
  • Engagement with the virtual audience throughout the presentation
  • Pre-presentation call to discuss the event or need and the people who will be in attendance
  • Determination of best virtual platform to use depending on number of participants and level of interaction desired
  • Scheduling of a practice session to test technology and determine how everyone can work together to make the presentation a guaranteed success

    How To Thrive Now!

Here's a virtual presentation I created for an association. They wanted a presentation to help their people better manage all the overload they were feeling in 2020.  In the virtual session I talked about ways to help their people thrive including:

    • Grow - creating the conditions in which they could thrive along with a plan
    • Cultivate - determine consistent actions that will help them to continue to thrive, including how to quarantine their worry
    • Prune - removing obstacles that are inhibiting their ability to thrive, including areas such as:  micromanaging, vague goals and willingness to say "yes"
    • Harvest - celebrating the moments that demonstrate they are thriving

How To Navigate Change As A Team

This virtual session asks and answers the question, "How might we...?"

    • Get to the "root" of change resistance
    • Ignite discussions about possibilities
    • Invite everyone to make new mistakes
    • Focus more on clarity than certainty
