Super Bowl speaker, Sowers has taken a stand for the community by stating, “The more we can create an environment that welcomes all types of people, no matter their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, that more we can help ease the pain and burden that many carry every day.” Sowers promotes the equality of men and women coaches in every aspect.
Women empowerment speaker, Sowers, was featured in an advertisement for Surface Pro 7, where she read her childhood dreams aloud. In the advertisement, she implies that being a woman in the football league is the underlying goal of her career.
