“Our learners thoroughly enjoyed Kim’s social media session with them. They found it informative and interesting and her use of humour kept them entertained throughout.
It was exactly what we were looking for – particularly the legal implications and the facts behind it.”
Haldane Pienaar, Pearson High School Port Elizabeth.
Kim Van Kets is truly an inspirational, funny and captivating speaker. As she walks you through her journey around South Africa, you can’t help but reconnect with the beauty our country and it’s people have to offer. The physical and mental challenges put into perspective that life can be unforgiving and cruel at times, but there is always a way out, through determination and the will to achieve greatness. This theme rings true in our corporate environment as well. More inspiring is her commitment to her daughter to show her that ‘mothers can be heroes too.’ Her talk is most relevant now, with our focus in building up women in our society and also in tackling the ugly truth about xenophobia. Kim shows us a different South Africa where it is possible for us all to live in peace and harmony. I would highly recommend Kim to any organisation.
