Sebenzile Nkambule is an experienced journalist and a media and strategic communications practitioner. She completed a Fulbright Humphrey Fellowship at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at the Arizona State University, where she specialised in strategic communications and digital journalism.
She has experience in radio and television broadcasting, management consulting and strategic communications advisory.
Sebenzile holds a BA Journalism degree, and Honours and Masters degrees in Gender Studies from the University of Pretoria. Sebenzile is Mandela Rhodes Scholar, a member of the pan-African Graca Machel Women in Media Network, and was part of the inaugural cohort of the Obama Foundation Africa Leaders Programme.
Sebenzile is a seasoned events and conference facilitator, moderator and speaker. She is a skilled interviewer and conversationalist, with an exceptional ability to hold space and lead difficult conversations with diverse audiences, on a global stage.
She has a keen understanding of global issues and current affairs, and can navigate a range of topics with dexterity and flair.
