Dionne Collett, an expert and leader in marketing and public relations, founded Take Note Reputation Management in 2007, after having served as the Marketing Manager for one of Southern Africa’s leading hospitality companies.
Dionne is recognized for her knowledge and professionalism across a broad spectrum of industries, as reflected in Take Notes past and present clients, as well her contribution to the Public Relations Industry as a past Chairperson of the KZN Chapter of PRISA.

Arthur’s Reputation Management career has been built off a solid hospitality base, where he has extensive experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry, having been involved in operations across Southern Africa, including Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe as well as overseeing the development, launching, opening and marketing of new properties and projects.
Arthur’s eye for detail and love of research, are well suited to delivering relevant reputation management strategies and communication plans across all platforms.
His background in hospitality ensures that service delivery is key.
