Edinburgh Festival Fringe
Established in 1947, it is the largest arts festival in the world and Tats Nkonzo was invited to perform his new one-man comedy show The African with Wi-Fi during the month of August 2015.
Montreux Comedy Festival
In 2014, up against comedians from the United States of America and the United Kingdom,
Tats Nkonzo was selected to compete in Switzerland where he took top honors.
He won the competition and was subsequently, signed to be managed by one of Europe’s biggest comedy producers, Mick Perrin of Mick Perrin Worldwide.

Tats has made it into the first round of which 20 comedians will be chosen for the second round in Helsinki, Finland.
Final and third round will be 5 comedians judged on buzz points from round one and by a panel of judges.
Harare International Festival of the Arts
Tats Nkonzo was approached by festival producers and given a theatre where he performed at the biggest arts festival in Zimbabwe.
Comedy Central Presents Tats Nkonzo was selected by Comedy Central to host his own show on the channel. The ratings for the program were so high, he was asked to perform in a “Best of” recording alongside Barry Hilton and Chester Missing (Conrad Koch).
Tats Nkonzo has featured in the major ensemble comedy shows around the country and regularly headlines clubs nationwide.

2015: Tats participated in the JICF and BET Experience (Globe).
As well as the Trevor Noah Nationwild Tour with Trevor Noah and Schalk Bezuidenhout.
Host for the International Gala for Comedy Central with Aries Spiers, Mark Lottering, Eugene Khoza and Hannibal Buress.
2016: Host and supporting act in the East London Comedy Festival, Diamonds and Dorings in Kimberley, Headline for Darren Maule’s Never Ending Comedy Tour as well as the Durban Comedy Week Festival.
He will also be a supporting act in the BET Experience once a month at Goliath Comedy Club and again in the JICF.
Tats Nkonzo was the supporting act for Nik Rabinowitz in both Nik’s sold out, “You Can’t Be Serious” and “Stand and Deliver” one-man shows.
He also opened for Loyiso Gola at the Teatro at Monte Casino for Loyiso’s one-man show, Life and Times.
It was a killer exhibition of his ability to hold and entertain packed out theatre audiences.
Tats was the opening act for Connell Cruise in his “Into the Wild SA Tour”.
Tomorrow Leaders Convention 2016
Tats was invited as a guest speaker on the panel discussion “Celebrated South Africans” panel discussion, hosted by Jeremy Maggs.
Tats Nkonzo is a sought after comedian and MC in the South African corporate space.
He is the only musical comedian using his guitar as well as adding a comedy side to his MC/Host role.
