The Chief Of Marketing
As a Chief Marketing Officer you are required to have several years of experience in marketing, with a preference for professionals who have worked in a similar industry. Further, CMOs are required to have held a managerial role, with direct supervision of seven to ten marketing staff.

The following are other qualifications for being a CMO:

Strong leadership skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven understanding of data analysis tools

Ability to lead in a constantly evolving environment

Experience working with various marketing tools relating to market research, data analytics, website development, product branding, visual communication software, written communication, and public relations

Proven ability to design and coordinate marketing campaigns across traditional and modern channels
Expert in digital and social media marketing

Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.

Product
A product is defined as a bundle of attributes capable of exchange or use, usually a mix of tangible and intangible forms.

Thus a product may be an idea, a physical entity (goods), or a service, or any combination of the three. It exists for the purpose of exchange in the satisfaction of individual and organizational objectives.

While the term “products and services” is occasionally used, product is a term that encompasses both goods and services.

Price
Price is the formal ratio that indicates the quantity of money, goods, or services needed to acquire a given quantity of goods or services.

It is the amount a customer must pay to acquire a product.

Distribution refers to the act of marketing
