She also holds her Masters in Management Science through the University of Liverpool in London and is a Business and HR Coach. Nimee has facilitated training and organizational development interventions in the areas of HR Strategy, Change and Transformation, Leadership Development, Diversity Management, Performance Management and various other HR practices..
Nimee has had 17 years of Financial Services Industry experience and 7 years of Medical Industry experience and a collective of over 14 years of consulting experience having consulted both locally in South Africa and internationally. She has played various roles ranging from Executive Director, Executive Manager, Head of HR, HR Consultant, Training and Development Manager, Head of Talent and Lead engagement Director. Nimee has extensive operational experience having worked in line management for a number of years.
Nimee runs a successful consulting firm having delivered a number of strategic projects across South Africa, and the rest of Africa. Her assignments in Africa spanned across, East, West, Southern and Central Africa. In addition, she delivered many projects internationally spanning across Indonesia, the UK and Brazil.
She comes with a vast knowledge of business and HR practices and has
been involved in and managed major mergers and acquisitions and the impact of these changes on both the business and the people.
Nimee had held the portfolio of Executive Director and brings a high level of business maturity into Human Resource consulting and management. She has managed various teams with over 100 indirect reports, and a total staff compliment of 7000 employees with a payroll of 2.5 billion p.a.
In addition, she has presented a number of Papers at IIR, IPM and IQPC conferences and continues to share her experience and learning.
